You acknowledge that AI Tools may produce errors, omissions, outdated information, or unintended content (including incorrect figures, scheme names, or explanatory text). Outputs may change when underlying data, models, prompts, or methodology are updated, without prior notice to you. Qonfido does not warrant that any AI Feature will be accurate, complete, current, unbiased, or fit for your particular purpose.

Where AI Features process personal data (for example, holdings or transaction history you authorise), such processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies. You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text fields. Outputs may be influenced by the data you provide; incomplete or incorrect inputs may lead to misleading results.
AI Features may use third-party cloud, analytics, or model providers under contractual safeguards. Qonfido is not responsible for failures or inaccuracies attributable solely to such third parties beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in an AI Feature’s tone, formatting, or use of phrases such as “recommend,” “best,” “top,” or similar language shall be read as personalised advice or an assurance of returns. All investments remain subject to market risks.
