2. Eligibility

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Platform, you agree:

Not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

5. Investment Risk Disclaimer

6. Fees and Commissions

We receive distribution commissions from AMCs. Where these may create a conflict of interest, we will strive to highlight these transparently.

All content, trademarks, logos, design, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to XLFI Ventures Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Our Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., account aggregators, payment gateways, AMCs). We are not responsible for:

The performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services
Any harm or loss resulting from your interaction with them

Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Qonfido shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Errors, delays, or interruptions in the Platform
Unauthorized access to your data
Any loss arising from reliance on tools, data, or content

Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of services directly rendered to you, if any.
