We may need to verify your identity before acting on access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Deletion is subject to legal, regulatory, tax, audit, and operational retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

No. Qonfido cannot access, withdraw, transfer, or move money from your accounts unless you explicitly authorise a supported transaction through an integrated partner.
Refresh timing depends on the connected institution and account type. Most supported data is refreshed automatically, but small differences can appear if another platform updates at a different time or uses a different calculation method.
Try refreshing or reconnecting the affected account. If the issue persists, create a support ticket in the app or email support@qonfido.com with the institution name, account type, and screenshots if available.
