Financial Data from Asset Management Companies, Mutual Fund Utilities (such as MFCentral), account aggregators, KYC providers, payment gateways, or financial institutions - as authorised with user consent.

To perform a contract (e.g. to deliver services)

7. Data and Account deletion

You may, at any time, access the Profile section within the Qonfido application to:

Download a copy of your personal data maintained by Qonfido;
Request deletion of your personal data; and / or
Permanently delete your Qonfido account.

When you request account deletion, your account will be deactivated and your personal information will be deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with local laws and regulations

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure servers to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. By using our Platform, you accept the inherent security risks.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial Intelligence forms an integral part of how Qonfido provides scalable, personalised insights and services to users.

Qonfido may use AI to generate summaries, explanations, insights, forecasts, guidance, planning assistance, and responses to user queries based on information authorised or provided by users.

Information processed by AI systems may include portfolio information, transaction history, financial goals, and user queries.

To provide these services, Qonfido may use both internally developed AI capabilities and third-party AI providers. Where user information is processed by third-party AI providers, Qonfido applies appropriate privacy and security safeguards and requires such providers to protect user data in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a user's specific circumstances.

AI-generated content, unless explicitly stated otherwise, is informational in nature and should not be considered as personalised financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Qonfido does not sell personal financial information to AI providers, and such providers are not authorised to use user data for purposes unrelated to providing services to Qonfido.

10. Your Rights

You have the following rights under India's DPDPA 2023 and related laws:
